Business
Bridge Consulting Group Inc. was founded in 2011 and, centered on Kaikeishi.job, a working platform on which over 5,800 certified public accountants and other professionals are registered, supports IPO-preparing companies, listed companies, and mid-sized companies with their management challenges through an outsourcing format. Its main services comprise four pillars under the certified public accountant business—IPO support, risk management (J-SOX and internal audit), accounting, and financial advisory—together with the HR business, which covers HR strategy support and professional recruitment. The company listed on the TSE Growth Market in June 2023. Net sales for FY2025 (ending September 2025) were ¥2,239 million, with the certified public accountant business accounting for approximately 93% of sales.
Business Model
In-house consultants handle project management, extracting and assigning optimal partner accountants from "Kaikeishi.job" to provide ongoing support to clients. The main component of cost of sales is outsourcing fees (subcontracting costs) paid to partner accountants, with the number of active personnel (373 as of the fiscal period ending September 2025) determining the scale of operations. The company employs a recurring revenue model with 529 client companies and a contract renewal rate of 59.0%, structured to increase revenue per client through one-stop provision of multiple services.
Company Strengths
The number of registered users of "Kaikeishi.job" has continued to expand since its 2014 launch, reaching over 5,800 as of September 2025 (over 6,000 as of December 2025). This represents approximately fourfold growth from 1,500 in 2019, and this resource pool serves as a source of competitive advantage that enables shortened setup periods and service provision at appropriate prices.
The proportion of involvement with IPO companies from January to September 2025 reached 22.2%, demonstrating a high market share in the IPO Support Service domain. Through checklisting of IPO preparation know-how and optimization of business operations, the company achieves both standardization of specialized knowledge and quality assurance. The number of clients has steadily expanded to 529 companies (up 7.5% year-on-year).
On September 1, 2025, the company obtained J-Adviser qualification for TOKYO PRO Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. This enables consistent support in cooperation with certified public accountants nationwide, from pre-listing eligibility review to post-listing timely disclosure advisory. In the same month, the company also established the "Pro Market Utilization Promotion Association," institutionally establishing new growth opportunities for mid-sized and small-to-medium enterprises.
ENVALITH's Perspective
Performance Trend
Revenue has maintained an upward trend, rising from ¥1,655 million in FY2023 to ¥2,018 million in FY2024 and ¥2,239 million in FY2025. The full-year forecast for FY2026 (ending September 2026) is ¥2,651 million (up 25.5% year on year), indicating an acceleration. On the other hand, operating profit peaked at ¥231 million in FY2024, declined to ¥203 million in FY2025, and is projected to decrease further to ¥149 million (down 21.6% year on year) in the full-year forecast for FY2026 (ending September 2026). The gross profit margin for the interim period remained at a high level of approximately 54%, but upfront investment in personnel recruitment and development has pushed up SG&A expenses and is squeezing profits. As an external factor, the shortage of specialized personnel due to the declining birthrate and aging population is supporting demand for pro-sharing services, but there is a risk that economic uncertainty stemming from price hikes and geopolitical risks could affect customers' investment decisions.
Growth Strategy
Targeting ¥10 billion in revenue for FY2030 (ending September 2030) through the expansion of "Kaikeishi.job," strategic alliances, and new listing-support businesses
Continuously expand the number of registered certified public accountants and other professionals (over 6,200 as of March 2026), and accumulate professional sharing revenue by improving assignment precision and broadening the range of handled projects. Capture growing demand for IPO support, J-SOX, internal audits, and similar services.
Effective January 1, 2026, Bridge Resource Strategy and Bridge Executive Search were absorbed via merger, and segments were reorganized into a single category, "Professional Sharing Business." This has enhanced management rationality and operational efficiency, and established a progress management framework toward the ¥10 billion target.
Leveraging its J-Adviser qualification (obtained September 2025) and F-Adviser qualification (obtained February 2026), the company supports listings on professional markets by mid-tier and small-to-medium-sized enterprises nationwide. It provides internal control system development and timely disclosure support in collaboration with the "Kaikeishi.job" network.
The company provides external CFOs from its network of certified public accountants to approximately 20,000 clients of the Tsuji Hongo Group. This supports strengthening of corporate management foundations and governance structures, while expanding new customer acquisition channels.
Through a business alliance launched in November 2025, the company's back-office capabilities (accounting and governance system development) are being combined with Funai Soken's front-office capabilities (management strategy and business growth support). Comprehensive consulting support is being developed for listed companies aiming for ¥10 billion in revenue.
By resolution of the Board of Directors on April 17, 2026, 572 paid stock options were issued to 4 directors and 15 employees, with an exercise price of ¥1,110 and an exercise condition of "achievement of ¥10 billion in revenue." This institutionally secures commitment to achieving the FY2030 (ending September 2030) target.
