For FY2026 (ending March 2026), the annual dividend is ¥10 per share (interim ¥5, year-end ¥5), with a total dividend amount of ¥441 million and a net asset dividend ratio of 1.1%. The FY2027 (ending March 2027) forecast also plans an annual dividend of ¥10 per share (interim ¥5, year-end ¥5). No numerical target for the payout ratio has been disclosed.
ESG
Under the basic philosophy of "Making the most of wood for a better life," the company positions the circular economy—centered on particleboard manufacturing using construction demolition waste as the main raw material—as the foundation of its business. In November 2024, it obtained SBT certification, setting targets to reduce SCOPE1 and 2 emissions by 50.4% by FY2032 (versus FY2022) and SCOPE3 emissions (target categories) by 30.0% over the same period. On the human capital front, the company has formulated policies for human resource development and internal environment improvement, and is working on initiatives such as promoting diversity, health and safety, and utilizing engagement surveys.
