Risk Management

The Company has established Risk Management Regulations and built a company-wide risk management framework. In the event of a major crisis, an emergency response headquarters headed by the Representative Director is set up, with the Internal Audit Office verifying its adequacy. The Company works with external experts (such as lawyers) to prevent risks in advance and to detect them at an early stage.

Shareholder Returns

The company continued to pay no dividend in the fiscal year under review. The policy of prioritizing internal reserves for business expansion remains unchanged. On the other hand, the company carried out share buybacks (¥37 million), utilizing them as a means of shareholder returns.

Dividend Policy

The basic policy is to realize profit distributions to shareholders in consideration of financial position and business performance; however, the company currently pays no dividend as it prioritizes internal reserves for business expansion. The possibility and timing of dividend payments remain undetermined. When dividends are paid, the basic policy is a single year-end dividend, and the articles of incorporation stipulate that this can be implemented by resolution of the Board of Directors.

As part of its sustainability initiatives, the company is examining and implementing the use of renewable energy and waste reduction on the environmental front. On the human capital front, it is promoting a flat organizational structure, work-from-home arrangements, and an on-time departure policy, achieving a 45.5% ratio of female managers and a 66.7% rate of paternity leave uptake among male employees. Specific numerical targets have not yet been set at this time.
