Risk Management

The company positions quality management as one of its most critical business risks and has built a quality management system based on ISO9000. Through internal quality audits (25 certified personnel), the Quality Management Committee (held semi-annually), monthly executive meetings, and subsidiary meetings (held semi-annually), it manages quality, environmental, and compliance risks in an integrated manner. Geopolitical risk, foreign exchange fluctuations, and supply chain restructuring are also addressed through a dedicated project-based framework.

Dividends are paid twice a year. FY2025/12 actual results were ¥28 interim and ¥38 year-end (total ¥66). The FY2026/12 forecast is ¥33 interim and ¥33 year-end (total ¥66), maintaining the same amount as the previous period.
