Governance
The company has a Board of Corporate Auditors structure. The board comprises 10 directors (3 of whom are outside directors) and 3 corporate auditors (2 of whom are outside auditors). Dividend Policy

Dividends of surplus are paid once annually as a year-end dividend, with the decision-making body being the general shareholders' meeting. For FY2027 (ending March 2027), a dividend of ¥50 per share is forecast (payout ratio of 16.3%).

The company has established a Sustainability Committee, with members selected from the cooking, customer service, and administrative departments driving initiatives under the oversight of the Executive Committee. It is pursuing 133 initiatives based on identified materiality issues. On the human resources development front, it has continued conducting stress checks and promoting the acquisition of 22 certified qualifications (with a cumulative total of 102 acquisitions). The company disclosed that the proportion of women in management positions stands at 18.0%, and the rate of male employees taking childcare leave is 44.4%.
