ENVALITH's Perspective
Performance Trend
From FY2022 to FY2025, revenue expanded from ¥2,253 million to ¥5,748 million (CAGR of approximately 36%), while operating profit grew from ¥326 million to ¥1,203 million (CAGR of approximately 54%), showing accelerating expansion. For the cumulative nine months (Q3 YTD) of FY2026 (ending August 2026), the company recorded revenue of ¥5,141 million, operating profit of ¥1,053 million, ordinary profit of ¥1,060 million, and quarterly net profit attributable to owners of the parent of ¥726 million. The company maintained a high-profitability structure with a gross margin of 75.1% and an operating margin of 20.5%. As external factors, growing corporate appetite for overseas expansion and an increase in the adoption of English-language learning as an employee benefit are supporting demand. Progress against the full-year forecast (revenue of ¥7,600 million, operating profit of ¥1,450 million) is at a high level, but since year-on-year comparison is not possible, an objective assessment of the growth rate will be deferred to subsequent periods.
Growth Strategy
Pursuing multifaceted growth through deepening of coaching, expansion of subscription services, and building a group management structure via M&A
Continuously improving the three elements of consultant support, customized curriculum, and the learning app to achieve improvement in English proficiency in a short period. Also strengthening efforts to capture corporate demand for employee benefits, thereby expanding the customer base across both individual and corporate customers.
For Shadoten, content expansion and improvements to the app experience have extended the average subscription period, resulting in steady growth in the number of paying users. Spiful is steadily expanding its user base. DearTalk is undergoing feature improvements and new development to drive growth.
On April 28, 2026, the company completed the acquisition of Study Hacker Inc. (now ENGLISH COMPANY (English Company Co., Ltd.)) as a wholly owned subsidiary. By integrating the scientific knowledge, coaching know-how, and learning data of both companies, the group aims to comprehensively address diverse customer needs while improving service quality and accelerating business growth across the entire group.
Advancing feature improvements and new development for the AI English conversation service "DearTalk."
