It is a stock-type business model in which revenue accumulates in line with the number of contracts under management, and it is the group's core segment, accounting for approximately 52% of consolidated revenue and the majority of operating profit. Inquiries regarding system reform consultation, mainly from large corporations, have remained at a high level.

Recent Overview

New and additional orders remained steady, driving growth in stock revenue; results exceeded plan

In the cumulative third quarter of FY2026 (ending June 2026) (July 2025 to March 2026), new order activity and additional orders from existing clients progressed steadily, and as stock revenue and various fee income increased steadily, revenue reached ¥3,382 million (up 6.3% year on year), exceeding plan. On the profit side, although personnel costs associated with strengthening the operation center's operating structure and expenses associated with the revenue increase both rose, a reduction in system development costs contributed positively, and operating profit came to ¥916 million (up 19.2% year on year). Additionally, as a subsequent event, wholly owned subsidiary Taslink Co., Ltd. is scheduled to succeed to the company housing administration outsourcing service business of Tokyo Tatemono Real Estate Sales Co., Ltd. through an absorption-type company split effective July 1, 2026, and further expansion of the Company Housing Management Business is expected.
