Risk Management

The Company has established a Compliance Committee (meeting monthly), an Information Security Committee, a Foreign Exchange Risk Management Committee, and an Internal Control Committee, and has developed a risk management framework through a Helpline (internal reporting system) and regular business audits conducted by the Audit Office. Sustainability-related risks are regularly reported on and discussed at Board of Directors meetings and other important internal meetings.

Shareholder Returns

The company's basic policy is progressive dividends. The annual dividend for FY2026 (ending March 2026) is ¥56 per share (interim ¥28 + year-end ¥28), with total dividends of ¥2,663 million and a payout ratio of 18.1%. For FY2027 (ending March 2027), an annual dividend of ¥58 is planned. Share buybacks are also being continued (¥1,957 million during the fiscal year under review).

Dividend Policy

The basic policy is to secure internal reserves in preparation for future business plans and growth foundation investments aimed at enhancing corporate value, while implementing stable and continuous dividends, and pursuing a progressive dividend policy of maintaining or increasing dividends in line with business growth. Dividends are paid twice a year, at the interim and year-end. The annual dividend for FY2026 (ending March 2026) is planned at ¥56 per share (interim ¥28 + year-end ¥28), and for FY2027 (ending March 2027) at ¥58 per share (interim ¥29 + year-end ¥29).
