For FY2026 (ending March 2026), an interim dividend of ¥10 and a year-end dividend of ¥19 (annual total of ¥29, payout ratio of 35.0%). For FY2027 (ending March 2027), an annual dividend of ¥32 (interim ¥12, year-end ¥20) is forecast. Share buybacks may be implemented based on a resolution of the Board of Directors.

Promoting climate change disclosure in line with the TCFD framework, the company has set a goal of net-zero Scope 1 & 2 emissions by 2045 (interim target: a 37.8% reduction by 2030 versus 2021). In terms of human capital, it has established KPIs such as a 10% ratio of female managers (FY2027 target; FY2025 actual: 8.7%) and a work engagement deviation score of 55.0 (actual: 49.3), and is also working on instilling the FISH philosophy and promoting health management (including the establishment of a CHO position).
