ESG
The company endorsed the TCFD recommendations in FY2022 and has set a target to reduce CO₂ emissions (Scope 1 and 2) by 30% or more by FY2030 (versus FY2020). FY2025 results included a recycling rate of 88.5% and a 57.3% reduction in industrial waste emissions (versus FY2019). On the human capital front, the company achieved training investment of ¥48,552 per employee (FY2025), an employment rate of persons with disabilities of 2.5%, and a 100% rate of male employees taking childcare leave, while also working to promote diversity and enhance employee engagement.
