Governance
Company with an Audit and Supervisory Committee (transitioned in July 2023). The Board of Directors consists of 8 members in total: 5 directors and 3 audit and supervisory committee members (all outside directors). A Nomination and Compensation Committee has been established, with independent outside directors comprising a majority. Risk Management

For FY2027 (ending April 2027), an annual dividend of ¥55.00 (paid at year-end in a lump sum) is also planned, with a projected dividend payout ratio of 32.4%.
