Governance
The company has adopted the Company with an Audit and Supervisory Committee structure, with a Board of Directors comprising 13 members (including 6 outside directors, an outside director ratio of approximately 46%). Risk Management

ESG
Based on the "Sysmex Eco Vision 2033," the company is advancing its response to TCFD and TNFD, achieving in fiscal 2025 a 41% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions compared to fiscal 2022 and a renewable energy ratio of 83%. In terms of human capital, the company has obtained ISO 30414 certification and monitors metrics such as a 19.7% ratio of women in management positions and an engagement score of 74%, while also linking executive compensation to the degree of achievement of sustainability targets, thereby operating ESG and management in an integrated manner.
