Risk Management

The Company identifies and improves risks through internal regulations and internal audits. It has established a risk management framework through dissemination of the Code of Conduct to all officers and employees and regular training thereon, prior review of capital expenditures by the Investment Deliberation Committee, establishment of the Information Security Committee, BCM activities based on a formulated BCP, and operation of a Compliance Helpline (anonymous reporting system).

In May 2025, the company obtained SBTi "Near-Term Science-Based Targets" certification, setting a target of reducing Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 42% by 2030 compared to 2022, and reducing Scope 3 emissions by 25% over the same period.
