Risk Management

A framework in which each division identifies and classifies the business risks under its jurisdiction, with preventive measures discussed at department heads' meetings. When a major risk materializes, a task force is established under the direction of the President and Representative Director. US-China trade regulations, cybersecurity, and strengthening BCM are recognized as key issues. External risks are addressed in consultation with legal counsel.

No basic sustainability policy or quantitative targets have been established. On the environmental front, the company is working to reduce GHG emissions by installing solar power generation facilities at its head office and Kyushu Plant.
