Business
SystemEXE, Inc. is an independent system integrator founded in 1998, possessing deep industry expertise in specific sectors such as real estate, insurance, manufacturing, and services. It provides one-stop services from planning, design, and construction to maintenance and operation of client companies' core business systems, maintaining a direct transaction (prime contractor) ratio with end users of approximately 90% over the most recent three fiscal years. In addition to its main domestic locations, it has a consolidated subsidiary in Vietnam and also conducts offshore development. Its major clients include leading companies such as the Mitsui Fudosan Group and Idemitsu Kosan, and net sales for FY2026 (ending March 2026) reached ¥12,411 million.
Business Model
Revenue is composed of three segments: contracted system development (new development and maintenance development) and maintenance/operations. For FY2026 (ending March 2026), the breakdown was ¥6,346 million for new development, ¥3,679 million for maintenance/operations, and ¥2,385 million for maintenance development. By insisting on direct transactions with end users, the company eliminates intermediary margins and achieves high value added. Offshore development by its Vietnamese subsidiary (accounting for 9.3% of outsourcing costs) supplements cost competitiveness, and new customer acquisition through alliance partners also contributes to revenue growth.
Company Strengths
Over the past three fiscal years, the proportion of consolidated net sales derived from direct transactions with end users has consistently remained at around 90%. Backed by deep business knowledge of specific industries such as real estate, insurance, and manufacturing, the company has a system capable of handling everything from upstream processes (planning and requirements definition) through maintenance and operations in an integrated manner. This is supported by long-standing business relationships with major industry players such as the Mitsui Fudosan Group (21.3% of net sales) and Idemitsu Kosan (11.0% of net sales).
The company has built a one-stop system that internally covers four technology domains: contracted application development, data-related services, digital infrastructure, and cloud. It has received awards and certifications from Oracle Japan, Microsoft Japan, and AWS, enabling multi-vendor support without dependence on any specific product. Its proprietary development standards, "EXE Jet Advisory" and "ExecTORA," achieve standardized quality and improved productivity.
The company promotes offshore development utilizing SYSTEMEXE VIETNAM COMPANY LIMITED, established in 2010. Under its proprietary method "BotDev," bridge engineers with Japanese Language Proficiency Test N1-level skills oversee Japan-Vietnam teams, reducing communication risk. The offshore utilization ratio for FY2026 (ending March 2026) is on an expanding trend at 9.3% (up from 8.4% in the previous period), contributing to improved profitability across the group as a whole.
