The Risk Management Committee, chaired by the Director, Senior Managing Executive Officer & CFO, meets four times a year to identify, assess, and monitor significant risks. Shareholder Returns

For FY2026 (ending March 2026), the annual dividend was increased to ¥110 (interim ¥50, year-end ¥60), with a payout ratio of 45.3%. For FY2027 (ending March 2027), a further increase to an annual dividend of ¥120 (¥60 interim, ¥60 year-end) is planned. During the current period, share buybacks of ¥20,005 million were carried out.

The annual dividend for FY2026 (ending March 2026) is ¥110 per share (interim ¥50, year-end ¥60), with a payout ratio of 45.3%. For FY2027 (ending March 2027), an annual dividend of ¥120 (interim and year-end ¥60 each) is planned. The company targets a payout ratio of 40% or higher, with a basic policy of increasing or maintaining dividends without reductions.

Under "TOTO WILL2030," the company has established materiality themes of "Cleanliness, Comfort & Health," "Environment," and "Connections with People," and is advancing CO2 reduction targets based on SBT (a 47.5% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions by FY2030 versus FY2021), strengthening human capital (female manager ratio of 22.4%, male childcare leave uptake rate of 95.9%, etc.), and conducting climate change scenario analysis based on TCFD.
