Governance
As a company with a Board of Corporate Auditors, the company conducts corporate governance centered on the Board of Directors (9 directors, including 2 outside directors), the Board of Corporate Auditors (3 members, including 2 outside auditors), and the Management Promotion Council, with the Board of Directors meeting 13 times per year. A Nomination and Compensation Committee has been established as an advisory body to the Board of Directors, with outside directors comprising half of its members.
Risk Management
The Sustainability Promotion Office (directly under the President) and the Sustainability Promotion Committee work together to identify and assess risks, which are then examined at the Management Promotion Council before being reported to and deliberated by the Board of Directors. Quality, safety, environment, compliance, and other matters are handled by the respective committees and departments in charge, and a structure has been established to set up an emergency response headquarters based on the crisis management manual.

For FY2026 (ending March 2026), dividend per share is ¥55 (ordinary dividend of ¥45 plus a commemorative dividend of ¥10 for the company's 70th anniversary), with a consolidated payout ratio of 27.7%. ESG
With the goal of achieving carbon neutrality by 2040, the company is promoting Scope 1–3 reduction measures, including the rollout of low-carbon concrete "Neco Concrete" and blue carbon initiatives. On the human capital side, it is also focusing on human capital revitalization through the promotion of women's participation in the workforce, improving the paid leave utilization rate (70.3% in FY2024, with a target of 75% in FY2026), and encouraging male employees to take childcare leave.
