Business Details
Provides SaaS services on a subscription basis to support the centralized management and operation of mobile devices for corporations, educational institutions, medical institutions, and government agencies. Centered on CLOMO MDM (No. 1 share among proprietary brands in the MDM market for 15 consecutive years since fiscal 2011), the company also offers CLOMO SECURED APPs and CLOMO Option Services (Other) (such as CLOMO Advanced Wipe secured by TRUST DELETE). This is a B to B SaaS business model that expands its customer base through sales partners, including OEM provision to NTT DOCOMO.
Recent Overview
NTT DOCOMO's OEM migration demand served as a tailwind, driving a rapid expansion in the number of corporate clients to 10,100
With NTT DOCOMO ending its "Anshin Manager" service (March 2026), demand for migration to "Anshin Manager NEXT" increased, accelerating new customer acquisition. The number of corporate clients reached 10,100, an increase of 1,480 companies (17.2%) from the end of the previous fiscal year. Because there is a certain time lag between order receipt and the start of billing, some of the contracts acquired by the end of the third quarter are expected to be recorded as revenue from the following quarter onward. In addition, sales channel sharing with Onebe Corporation has begun, and provision of "CLOMO Advanced Wipe secured by TRUST DELETE" started in December 2025. Trend Vision One Mobile Security also began to be offered in the same month, further expanding the option service lineup.
Key Products
Growth Drivers
- Continued expansion of new customer acquisition through OEM provision to NTT DOCOMO (Anshin Manager NEXT), combining a short-term tailwind from migration demand with a structure of accumulating recurring revenue
- Sales channel sharing synergies with Onebe Corporation (deploying Onebe products through CLOMO's mobile sales channels, and deploying CLOMO services through Onebe's PC sales channels)
- Promoting cross-selling and improving ARPU through expansion of option services (adding new services such as Trend Vision One Mobile Security and CLOMO Advanced Wipe secured by TRUST DELETE)
- Specialized approach to the medical and government markets (ISMAP registration, publication of case studies of adoption by medical institutions, participation in specialized exhibitions)
- Expanding share in the PC asset management market (enhanced functions for Windows PCs, strengthened integration with other companies' products)
Risks
- Revenue concentration on NTT DOCOMO and its group companies (dependency risk on a specific customer), risk of slowing new customer acquisition pace once the migration demand from the OEM transition subsides
- Increasing difficulty of maintaining market share due to intensifying competition from overseas products entering the domestic MDM market
- Risk of delayed strengthening of the development organization due to difficulty in hiring IT engineers (increased recruitment costs pushing up SG&A expenses)
- Because it is a subscription-type SaaS, a large-scale cancellation event would have a significant impact on revenue (risk of declining license continuation rate)
- Risk that integration and synergy creation with Onebe Corporation do not proceed as planned (goodwill balance at period-end of ¥124 million)
