Business
Sharing Innovations, Inc. is an IT company founded in 2008 (formerly Ayuta Co., Ltd.), which listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers market (now the Growth market) in 2021. In its core Digital Transformation Business (approximately 92% of sales composition), the company provides Cloud Integration centered on Salesforce and System Solutions using Java and Ruby, serving customers across a wide range of industries including manufacturing, finance, distribution, and staffing. In the Platform Business, the company operates the fortune-telling app "Uraura" (chat-based fortune-telling app), which as of January 2026 had 1,424 registered fortune-tellers and had accumulated over 2.2 million total readings since the service launched. The company has four consolidated subsidiaries: Intermove Co., Ltd., Coznet LLC, SHARING INNOVATIONS VIETNAM CO., LTD., and G clef Co., Ltd.
Business Model
In the Digital Transformation Business, revenue is generated through contract-for-work agreements with clients (billed upon delivery of deliverables) or quasi-delegation agreements (billed according to man-hours provided). Cloud Integration provides implementation support for Salesforce product suites, while System Solutions can handle everything from upstream to downstream processes on a consistent basis. In the Platform Business, the fortune-telling app "Uraura" offers character-count-based chat fortune-telling readings, sale of fortune-telling content, and phone-based fortune-telling readings, generating recurring fee-based revenue.
Company Strengths
In Salesforce products, the company has won the "Agile Integration Partner of the Year" award for multiple years. For Tableau, it was certified in June 2022 as Japan's first "Tableau Premier Service Partner." By handling both Cloud Integration and System Solutions, the company has built a system capable of flexibly proposing combinations tailored to customer needs.
Since the service launched in July 2014, cumulative fortune-telling sessions surpassed 2.2 million in January 2026. In FY2025 (ending December 2025), the average monthly number of users exceeded 7,300, with 1,424 fortune-tellers maintained on the platform. The Platform Business's operating margin stood at 13.2%, exceeding that of the Digital Transformation Business (9.0%), demonstrating its profitability and serving as a stable source of cash generation.
Since 2018, the company has carried out multiple M&A transactions, including Intermove Inc., G clef Inc., SHARING INNOVATIONS VIETNAM CO.,LTD., and Coznet LLC (August 2025), progressively strengthening its development capabilities including the ERP domain. It also maintains an overseas development base through its Vietnamese subsidiary, while advancing engineer training in parallel through in-house educational curricula.
ENVALITH's Perspective
Performance Trend
Revenue peaked at ¥5,189 million in FY2022 and has since remained sluggish, falling to ¥4,458 million in FY2025. Cumulative revenue for Q1 of the fiscal year ending December 2026 was ¥1,036 million (down 14.9% year on year), and the trend of declining revenue continued. On the other hand, a significant reduction in cost of sales (from ¥996 million to ¥781 million year on year) improved the gross profit margin from 18.2% to 24.7%, and profits recovered sharply: operating profit of ¥45 million (up 307.2% year on year), ordinary profit of ¥46 million (up 698.1% year on year), and quarterly net profit of ¥24 million (versus a net loss of ¥3 million in the same period of the previous year). While uncertainties remain in the external environment, such as US policy trends and surging raw material and energy prices, the high growth of the domestic cloud market (up 29.2% year on year in 2024) continues to serve as a tailwind.
Growth Strategy
As the recovery period, the company is simultaneously advancing talent acquisition, portfolio diversification, and expansion into new business domains
Amid worsening IT talent shortages, the company is expanding its development structure through enhanced recruitment and investment in training. By developing a mid-level management layer, it aims to strengthen organizational execution capability and improve its ability to win and deliver on projects. FY2026 (ending December 2026) is positioned as the "Recovery Period," during which priority investments are being implemented.
In parallel with the recovery of earnings in the Salesforce and SES domains, the company is cultivating new areas such as data, AI, and IT consulting. In the cumulative first quarter of FY2026 (ending December 2026), sales from the Digital Transformation Business and other areas reached ¥87 million (a substantial increase from ¥35 million in the same period of the previous year), with new domains expanding and portfolio diversification progressing.
In response to the expansion of cloud migration target areas into core mission-critical systems, the company is promoting expansion into the ERP domain (through the M&A of Coznet LLC) and the data utilization domain. It is formulating and executing a medium-term strategy to capture growth in the domestic cloud market, which is projected to achieve a CAGR of 14.6% from 2024 to 2029.
