Risk Management

Based on the Compliance and Risk Management Regulations, the Compliance and Risk Management Committee, chaired by the Representative Director and meeting at least once per half-year, shares and oversees risk information across the entire company. Material risks are submitted to the Management Committee and the Board of Directors, and a structure is in place to establish an Emergency Response Office in the event of an emergency. The Internal Audit Office (reporting directly to the Representative Director) conducts planned audits covering all departments.

The company has formulated and is promoting its own "Green Spacecraft Standard" as a space debris countermeasure, incorporating a deorbit mechanism as a standard feature of its general-purpose bus system. On the human resources front, it has introduced the hiring of foreign national employees, the promotion of women to management positions, and a virtual office system. However, a basic sustainability policy has not yet been formulated, and quantitative indicators and targets have not been set at this time.
