Promoting climate change response and human capital enhancement under the slogan "Toward a Greener Tomorrow." The remote snow-melting monitoring service "Yurimotto" has achieved approximately 39,300 tons of annual CO2 reduction (cumulative installations at 3,129 locations). In terms of human capital, the company achieved an average of 2.13 qualifications acquired per development staff member and a 100% male childcare leave uptake rate, and obtained the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's "Kurumin Plus" certification in November 2023. A Sustainability Promotion Office has been established, with the Representative Director bearing ultimate responsibility.
