For FY2026 (ending March 2026), the annual dividend consists of an interim dividend of ¥55 and a year-end dividend of ¥60 (total ¥115), with total dividends of ¥1,662 million, a payout ratio of 29.3%, and a DOE of 3.8%. For FY2027 (ending March 2027), an interim dividend of ¥60 is planned, but the year-end dividend remains undecided due to the difficulty of forecasting performance. Share buybacks can be implemented by resolution of the Board of Directors under the Articles of Incorporation.

While positioning climate change risk as limited, the company is pursuing energy conservation through paperless operations, LED lighting, and timer-based controls. On the human capital front, it has established systems such as book purchase subsidies, external training, and qualification acquisition support, and has adopted a policy of supporting diverse talent regardless of personal attributes; however, quantitative sustainability-related indicators and targets have not yet been set.
