Business Model
In Software Development, which accounts for approximately 97% of revenue, contract development, maintenance, and operations support for major corporations and SI vendors form the pillar of stable earnings. In addition, the company offers proprietary products such as WebARGUS (cybersecurity) and xoBlos (business efficiency improvement) on a subscription basis, aiming to establish a high-profit model that does not depend on the number of engineers. The company also secures cost competitiveness through advanced near-shore development leveraging regional bases (Matsuyama, Sendai, Hakodate, and Hokuto). It also actively utilizes M&A to expand its business domains.
Company Strengths
In FY2025 (ended June 2025), the company achieved net sales of ¥24,159 million (up 21.5% year on year), operating profit of ¥3,013 million (up 24.3%), and net income of ¥2,178 million (up 29.1%), marking 15 consecutive periods of increased revenue and profit. The company's operations span multiple areas of IT demand, including Business System Development & Operations Support, embedded development, embedded verification, cybersecurity, operational efficiency tools, and core systems for small and medium-sized enterprises. This structure diversifies dependence on any specific customer or field, while allowing the company to broadly benefit from expanding DX investment (Bank of Japan Tankan FY2025 plan: up 12.4% year on year).
ENVALITH's Perspective
Performance Trend
Revenue grew from ¥14,444 million in FY2021 to ¥24,159 million in FY2025, achieving five consecutive years of increase, and cumulative revenue for the third quarter of FY2026 (ending June 2026) also maintained an uptrend at ¥19,270 million (+6.2% year-on-year). However, on the profit side, a deterioration in sales mix due to the drop-off of high-margin projects (public sector and automotive-related), additional SI development response costs incurred in the Product Solutions business, and increased SG&A expenses for AI and strategic product development (+¥207 million year-on-year) combined to push all three key profit metrics below the prior-year level: operating profit of ¥2,446 million (-2.9% year-on-year), ordinary profit of ¥2,479 million (-1.8%), and net profit of ¥1,636 million (-2.0%). As an external factor, reduced investment in the automotive-related field, driven by US trade policy trends and the situation in the Middle East, affected third-quarter performance in the Embedded System Development & Verification Services business. The full-year forecast remains unchanged (revenue of ¥26,000 million, operating profit of ¥3,050 million).
Growth Strategy
Aiming for ¥50,000 million in revenue by FY2030 through three pillars: M&A, proprietary product expansion, and utilization of regional offices
