Governance
Structured as a company with an audit and supervisory committee, the board comprises 7 directors (including 3 outside directors, all of whom are independent officers). The outside director ratio is approximately 43%, and in addition to the regular monthly board meetings, extraordinary board meetings are held to ensure management oversight functions.
Risk Management
Directors monitor operations through the board of directors and other meetings of each group company, enabling prompt company-wide risk assessment, management, and countermeasure planning. Sustainability-related risks are also assessed and managed by the Board of Directors, and a system has been established to set up a crisis response headquarters according to the level of crisis in the event of an emergency.
Shareholder Returns

Positioning human capital as its most critical resource as an education services company, the group has achieved a 61.8% ratio of female managers group-wide and an average of 134.8 training hours per employee per year. The company is pursuing a sustainability strategy that balances the resolution of social issues with business growth, including promoting SDGs education at its international schools and advancing education DX by accepting AI and IT interns from the Global South.
