Company with a Board of Corporate Auditors. Comprised of 9 directors (of which 2 are outside directors) and 4 corporate auditors (of which 3 are outside auditors). Risk Management
The Corporate Planning Section of the Administration Department serves as the lead unit for risk management. The company shares risk-related information through the Compliance Committee, ensures early detection through audits by the Audit & Supervisory Board Members and internal audits, and maintains a system for consulting with lawyers and other outside experts. Shareholder Returns
The basic policy is to pay dividends twice a year (interim and year-end), with an interim dividend of ¥20 per share for FY2026 (ending September 2026), an increase from ¥18 in the previous interim period. The full-year forecast is ¥40 per share annually (¥20 interim, ¥20 year-end), with a consolidated payout ratio of approximately 27.6% based on EPS of ¥144.65. Under the articles of incorporation, share buybacks are also possible by resolution of the Board of Directors.
