Risk Management

Established Risk Management Regulations, discussed and reviewed periodically at management meetings. Developed management systems for various risks including information security, compliance, disasters, and credit under the "Lib Work Group Authority Regulations." Built a system to promptly establish an emergency response headquarters headed by the President and Representative Director in the event of a crisis. Designated a Personal Information Management Officer (Director and General Manager of Administration) and conducted training for all staff.

Shareholder Returns

The annual dividend for FY2026 (ending June 2026) is planned at ¥6.40 per share (¥1.60 per quarter), maintaining the same level as the previous fiscal year's actual results. The shareholder benefit program has been partially revised, with a new program introduced to provide discount vouchers for 3D-printed houses. Share buybacks will be considered as appropriate, taking into account financial conditions and other factors.

In September 2022, the company declared carbon neutrality and expressed support for TCFD. Group total CO2 emissions in FY2024 were 37,010 t-CO2 (a 52.8% reduction versus FY2020). Targets have been set for a 100% reduction in Scope 1 by FY2030, a 100% reduction in Scope 2 by FY2025, and a 50% reduction in Scope 3 (relative to sales) by FY2050. Initiatives include promoting energy-efficient housing, installing solar panels (installation rate of 66.1% in the 27th fiscal period), and disclosing CFP (Carbon Footprint of Products) for all units. On the human capital front, the ratio of female managers stood at 14.6% (target: 30%), the mid-career hiring ratio reached 50.9% (exceeding the target of over 30%), and the employment rate of persons with disabilities was 1.0% (target: 2.7%, not yet achieved).
