Risk Management

The Compliance Subcommittee and Risk Management Subcommittee have been established as subordinate bodies of the Internal Control Committee, meeting regularly once a month to scrutinize risks across the entire group. A risk map is compiled once a year to clarify potential risks and to formulate and implement preventive measures.

Shareholder Returns

Basic policy is stable dividends linked to business performance. The year-end dividend for FY2026 (ending March 2026) is ¥1 per share (total dividends of ¥96 million, payout ratio of 10.5%). The same amount of ¥1 is planned for FY2027 (ending March 2027). During the fiscal year under review, the Company acquired treasury shares totaling ¥312,300 thousand (treasury shares outstanding at fiscal year-end: 4,762,573 shares).

Dividend Policy

The basic policy is to distribute results supported by business performance, while balancing this with the need to build sufficient internal reserves for future strengthening of the management foundation and business expansion. Dividends are paid once a year as a single year-end payment. The year-end dividend for FY2026 (ending March 2026) is ¥1 per share, and a year-end dividend of ¥1 per share is also planned for FY2027 (ending March 2027). No numerical target for the payout ratio has been disclosed.

The company is promoting women's advancement in the workplace, with the ratio of female managers reaching 64.7% (as of the end of March 2026), significantly exceeding the government's target.
