Company with an Audit and Supervisory Committee (transitioned in 2019). The annual dividend per share for FY2026 (ending March 2026) is ¥12 (year-end ¥12, interim ¥0), with total dividends of ¥363 million and a payout ratio of 22.3%. A dividend of ¥12 per share is also planned for FY2027 (ending March 2027).
ESG
Conducted climate change scenario analysis (1.5°C and 4°C) based on TCFD, and set a target of reducing Scope 1+2 CO2 emissions per unit of sales by 10% by 2030 compared to FY2021 levels. In terms of human capital, the company achieved initial certification as a "Certified Health & Productivity Management Organization 2026 (Large Enterprise Category)" and is making steady progress toward its 16.5% female managerial position ratio target (2030 goal).
