The basic policy is to pay stable and continuous dividends, targeting a payout ratio of 40% or higher. Dividends are paid twice a year, as an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. The annual dividend for FY2026 (ending March 2026) is ¥34 per share (interim ¥16 + year-end ¥18), with total dividends of ¥529 million and a payout ratio of 41.3%. For FY2027 (ending March 2027), an annual dividend of ¥34 (interim ¥17 + year-end ¥17) is planned, with a projected payout ratio of 42.6%.
ESG
Under the philosophy that "people are the source [of value]," the company focuses on developing professional talent, promoting diverse workforce participation, and health management. It obtained "Eruboshi" certification (3rd stage) in October 2025, and "Kurumin" certification and "Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization 2026 (Large Enterprise Category)" recognition in March 2026. Disclosed results include a female hiring ratio of 31.0% and a male childcare leave uptake rate of 55.6%, among others.
