Shareholder Returns

The basic policy is to continue stable dividends. The dividend per share for the current period (FY2026, ending March 2026) is ¥40 (payout ratio 28.6%). For the next period (FY2027, ending March 2027), a total of ¥50 is planned, consisting of an ordinary dividend of ¥40 plus a special commemorative dividend of ¥10 for the 50th anniversary of the company's founding.
