Governance
As a company with a Board of Corporate Auditors, the Board of Directors consists of 9 directors (of whom 5 are outside directors and 2 are women), with independent outside directors accounting for at least one-third. As an advisory body to the Board of Directors, a Nomination and Compensation Committee has been established, in which outside directors form a majority and serve as chair. In FY2025, the Board of Directors met 16 times and the Nomination and Compensation Committee met 10 times.
Risk Management
The company has established a multi-layered risk management framework centered on the Risk Management Committee (held in principle semi-annually, twice in FY2025), which identifies, assesses, and manages risks, combined with the Compliance Committee (held four times a year), internal audits, BCP drills, and cybersecurity measures led by the CISO.

ESG
The Group has established its Group mission, 'Space for your Smile,' as its sustainability policy, endorsing the TCFD and conducting scenario analysis. By the end of FY2025, the company is on track to achieve carbon neutrality for Scope 1 and 2 emissions and 100% renewable energy usage at domestic sites, and has been selected as a constituent of the FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Index for two consecutive years, along with obtaining a CDP 'B' score rating. In terms of human capital, the company achieved a male childcare leave uptake rate of 77.7% and an engagement index of 68.6%, and has set a target of raising the ratio of female managers to 20% or higher by 2030.
