Governance
Company with an Audit and Supervisory Committee. The Board of Directors consists of 6 directors and 3 directors who are Audit and Supervisory Committee members (9 in total), including 4 outside directors (3 of whom are independent outside directors). A voluntary Nomination and Compensation Advisory Committee has been established, chaired by an independent outside director. An executive officer system has been introduced to separate decision-making from business execution.
Risk Management
The Company has established a "Compliance & Risk Committee" to enhance risk awareness among all officers and employees and to promote early detection and rapid response. The Sustainability Committee is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and monitoring risks and opportunities related to materiality, and a framework has been established to report to the Board of Directors through the Company-wide Compliance & Risk Management Committee.

As its basic sustainability policy, the company has established "reducing environmental impact," "improving the working environment and developing human resources," "providing safe and secure services," "coexistence with local communities," and "strengthening compliance and governance," and discloses specific indicators such as participation in the Minato SDGs Partner registration system, CO₂ reduction (vehicle electrification, modal shift, etc.), paperless initiatives (a 68.1% reduction versus FY2019), and a target female section-chief-level ratio of 30% (currently 20.0%).
