Risk Management

The company has established a Compliance and Risk Management Committee (CR Committee), chaired by the President and Executive Officer, to oversee company-wide risk management. Shareholder Returns

The company's basic policy is stable dividends, with the dividend amount determined in line with business performance. Dividends per share over the past three fiscal years have followed an increasing trend: ¥40 resolved in June 2023, ¥60 resolved in June 2024, and ¥90 resolved in June 2025. The articles of incorporation stipulate that treasury share buybacks may be carried out flexibly by resolution of the Board of Directors.
