Under its basic sustainability policy, the company has designated the environment, climate change response, human resource development, and internal workplace environment improvement as priority issues, managing qualification acquisition, harassment education, and utilization of childcare support programs through quantitative indicators. In FY2025 results, the company achieved a 100% implementation rate for legal compliance hearings, a 100% implementation rate for harassment education, and a 100% utilization rate among eligible employees for childcare support programs, while the number of qualifications acquired (31 cases) and the number of participants (119 persons) fell short of the targets (50 cases and 200 persons).
