Risk Management

Given the social responsibility inherent in its core logistics business, the Group positions safety management as its highest-priority risk, sharing information and responding to issues through safety and health committees at each site as well as company-wide. In the event of an emergency, a response headquarters headed by the President is established, and a framework is in place to address legal and tax risks in cooperation with multiple law firms and the Group's tax advisor.

Shareholder Returns

Basic policy of stable and continuous dividends, with an annual (year-end) dividend paid once per year. For FY2026 (ending March 2026), the dividend was increased to ¥140 per share (up ¥20 year on year). Payout ratio of 11.1%, total dividends of ¥198 million. Dividend for FY2027 (ending March 2027) is yet to be determined. No share buybacks were conducted during the current fiscal year.

The Company is engaged in CO2 emission reduction (LED lighting conversion, larger vehicles), safety management aimed at zero accidents and zero disasters, a 100% target for driving aptitude test participation, tiered human resource development and OJT training, educational assistance for employees' children, and regional revitalization and sports promotion, among other initiatives. Sustainability is positioned as a key element of management, and ongoing discussions are held through multiple bodies including the Compliance Committee, Internal Control Committee, and Safety and Health Council.
