Changed to a progressive dividend policy targeting a dividend on equity (DOE) ratio of 6% or higher. For FY2026 (ending March 2026), the dividend per share is ¥75 (interim ¥37, year-end ¥38), with a payout ratio of 49.1%. For FY2027 (ending March 2027), a dividend of ¥112 (interim ¥56, year-end ¥56) is planned. Share buybacks are also being conducted.

Dividend Policy

From FY2027 (ending March 2027), in addition to targeting a dividend on equity (DOE) ratio of 6% or higher, the basic policy was changed such that annual dividends will, in principle, not be reduced from the previous year's actual results, and will be maintained or increased. The annual dividend for FY2026 (ending March 2026) is ¥75 per share (interim ¥37, year-end ¥38), with total dividends of ¥8,892 million and a consolidated payout ratio of 49.1%. For FY2027 (ending March 2027), a dividend of ¥112 per share (interim ¥56, year-end ¥56) is planned, with a payout ratio of 59.9% expected.

The company has set a target of reducing CO2 emissions (Scope 1+2) by 30% by fiscal 2030 compared to fiscal 2022, and achieving carbon neutrality by 2050; in FY2026 (ending March 2026), it achieved a 6.5% reduction from the base year (168,334 t-CO2). On the human capital front, the company is working to improve the ratio of female managers (4.6% domestically, 10.8% including overseas), develop next-generation management talent, and promote diversity.
