Risk Management

The Internal Control Committee, composed of full-time directors, oversees risk management for the entire group, with the General Affairs Department managing group-wide risk and the Management Administration Office managing risk at each group company. Shareholder Returns

The company has established "Contributing to a sustainable society through safe and secure services" as its basic sustainability policy, working on CO2 reduction through the introduction of EV buses and FC buses and the switch to LED lighting, as well as promoting transportation safety management. In terms of human capital, it has set goals including tiered training programs, health-oriented management, and the promotion of women's active participation in the workplace (a female manager ratio of 10% or more and a childcare leave utilization rate of 60% or more by March 2031).
