On the environmental front, the company is advancing renewable energy business through its subsidiary Syla Solar, and promoting decarbonization and disaster-preparedness measures through the installation of solar power generation and storage batteries in development properties. On the human capital front, the company is implementing next-generation leader development (Challenge personnel evaluation, career independence support, and a 1-on-1 program), mid-career hiring of female managers, and support for obtaining public qualifications. As the company has only 32 employees and is small in scale, quantitative targets such as the ratio of female managers and the childcare leave utilization rate have not yet been set, but are planned to be formulated in the future. As a response to intellectual property risk, the company conducts legal compliance checks and acquires trademarks and patents when starting new businesses.
