Risk Management

The Company has established a risk management framework based on the "Crisis Management Regulations," under which the Sustainability Committee (chaired by the Representative Director and held, in principle, twice a year) evaluates and selects risks both qualitatively and quantitatively through scenario analysis, and reports material risks to the Board of Directors, thereby constructing a company-wide risk management system.

Shareholder Returns

Continuing the policy of implementing continuous and stable dividends targeting a DOE of 4.0% or more. The annual dividend for FY2026 (ending March 2026) is ¥122 per share (interim ¥60 + year-end ¥62), with a payout ratio of 57.5%. For FY2027 (ending March 2027), an annual dividend of ¥130 (interim ¥65 + year-end ¥65) is forecast. Share buybacks will also be conducted in accordance with financial conditions. The shareholder benefit program (digital gifts) will continue.

Dividend Policy

The company implements continuous and stable dividends targeting a DOE (Consolidated Return on Equity Dividend Ratio) of 4.0% or more, and continually considers dividend increases in line with business progress. Share buybacks are conducted for shareholder returns and to improve capital efficiency, depending on timing and financial conditions. Retained earnings are utilized for medium- to long-term growth investment and strengthening the financial base. As a shareholder benefit program, shareholders holding 100 shares or more are presented with digital gifts according to the number of shares held.

The company has implemented climate change disclosures based on TCFD recommendations (initiated in 2022), setting a target of a 20% reduction in Scope 1+2 emissions by FY2030 (versus FY2020). The FY2025 result was a 13.0% reduction. The target for the ratio of female managers is 15% or more by FY2030, with the FY2025 result at 12.7%, and the male childcare leave uptake rate achieved 100% in FY2025. Under the 12th Medium-Term Management Plan, the company aims for ROE exceeding 10% and PBR exceeding 1.0x.
