Governance
The company operates as a company with a board of corporate auditors (6 directors, including 2 outside directors). ESG
Promotes SDGs activities based on ESG management. On the environmental front, the company undertakes cashmere collection business, use of undyed materials, and fundraising for the protection of endangered species. On the social front, challenges remain, with the female manager ratio target of 15% (for FY2029, ending March 2029) against the current 12.5%, and a gender wage gap (all workers) of 44.1%. On the governance front, the company is working on strengthening IR, risk management, and proactive governance.
