Governance
As a company with an Audit and Supervisory Committee, the Board of Directors consists of 11 directors (including 5 outside directors). The company employs a four-body governance structure comprising the Board of Directors, the Audit and Supervisory Committee, the Management Committee, and the Management Oversight Committee, achieving both enhanced supervisory functions and prompt business execution.
Risk Management
Based on the Risk Management Regulations, the Company identifies and responds to risks, and consolidates risk information at the Management Supervisory Committee. As sustainability risks, the Company has identified "Compliance," "Information Security," "Reducing Environmental Impact," "Human Rights and Labor," and "Human Capital," and conducts risk assessments once a year, with monitoring carried out by the Board of Directors and other bodies.
Shareholder Returns
Continuing stable dividend policy based on 3% DOE. For FY2026 (ending March 2026), the annual dividend per share is ¥36 (interim ¥18, year-end ¥18), with total dividends of ¥456 million and a payout ratio of 31.6%. For FY2027 (ending March 2027), a dividend per share of ¥38 (interim ¥19, year-end ¥19) is planned. Share buybacks were also conducted (¥60 million acquired during the period).

Based on the financial policy of the medium-term management plan "CANVAS TWO," the company implements stable and continuous dividends based on a 3% DOE. For FY2026 (ending March 2026), the annual dividend per share is ¥36 (interim ¥18, year-end ¥18). For FY2027 (ending March 2027), a dividend per share of ¥38 (interim ¥19, year-end ¥19) is planned.
