ESG
The Sustainability Committee was established in October 2023 to promote ESG initiatives in coordination with the Management Committee. In terms of human capital, the company achieved an education and training implementation rate (Off-JT) of 136.8% (target: 80% or higher), and a paid leave utilization rate of 77.8% (target: 80% or higher). Miroku Corporation and two other companies were certified as "Excellent Health Management Corporations (Small and Medium Enterprise Category)" for the fourth consecutive year, and Miroku Corporation was certified as a "Youth Yell Certified Company" for the seventh consecutive year. Regarding climate change response, a BCP has already been formulated; however, numerical targets for CO2 emissions and similar disclosures have not yet been announced, and calculation and disclosure are under consideration going forward.
