Governance
Company with a Board of Corporate Auditors. ESG
Actively promoting environmental measures such as obtaining Green Printing Certification and SBT Certification, and participating in the RE Action (Renewable Energy 100% Declaration). Achieved substantial net-zero GHG emissions for Scope 1 and 2, and launched the Environmentally Friendly Printing (Carbon Offset) service in April 2022. On the human capital side, the company is promoting multi-skilled workforce development, work-from-home arrangements, and the establishment of maternity/childcare leave systems; the ratio of female managers stands at 5.7% (2 people).
