Risk Management
In accordance with the Business Risk Management Regulations, the Internal Audit and Internal Control Office provides centralized management of the analysis, evaluation, and response measures for business risks. The Quality Control Office, the Safety and Health Committee, and the RA Promotion Subcommittee evaluate environmental risks, including climate change, and report to the Board of Directors. Emergency response regulations have been established, and legal risk is also addressed through advisory contracts with attorneys.
Shareholder Returns
Annual dividend planned at ¥30 per share (interim ¥15, year-end ¥15), maintaining the same level as the previous fiscal year's actual results. No change to the dividend forecast as of the first quarter of FY2027 (ending February 2027). The company holds 460,175 shares of treasury stock.

ESG
On the environmental front, the company is engaged in solar panel installation, factory wastewater recycling, and CO2 reduction. On the human capital front, it is working to secure diverse talent, has independently expanded childcare and family care leave programs, and is promoting health management, maintaining a 100% male childcare leave utilization rate. Currently there are no female managers, but training programs to develop female managers are being promoted. Quantitative ESG indicators and targets have not yet been established at this time.
