Shareholder Returns
The company's basic policy is stable long-term dividends emphasizing DOE, but no dividend is planned for FY2026 (ending March 2026) due to six consecutive fiscal years of operating losses. No dividends are also planned for either the interim or year-end period of FY2027 (ending March 2026). There is a track record of treasury stock disposal (¥18,359 thousand in the current period).
Dividend Policy
The basic policy is to position "stable dividends from a long-term perspective," emphasizing the consolidated net asset dividend rate (DOE), as the core of profit distribution, while also giving consideration to securing internal reserves for future business growth and strengthening the management structure. For FY2026 (ending March 2026), no dividend will be paid due to the continuation of operating losses. For FY2027 (ending March 2026) as well, no dividends are planned for either the interim or year-end period, as the company remains in the process of recovering its business performance.
ESG
