In October 2022, the company established a Risk Management Committee chaired by the Head of the Administration Division, promoting the identification of risks across the group and the development of a response framework. The Company manages climate change-related risks and opportunities through the Risk Management Committee and the Management Meeting, and operates circular-economy businesses including 3R promotion, biodegradable plastics manufacturing, material recycling, and RPF fuel manufacturing. In terms of human capital, the Company promotes respect for diversity regardless of gender or nationality, as well as human resource development through diverse educational programs, although quantitative indicators and targets have not yet been established.
