Risk Management

The company has established a Risk & Compliance Committee based on its Risk Management Regulations (conducting risk assessments once a year and progress reviews quarterly), managing company-wide risks, including sustainability-related risks, through a PDCA cycle. It has also established an internal whistleblowing system and a Three-Way Audit Meeting (held four times a year).
