Governance

The President and Representative Director bears ultimate responsibility for sustainability promotion and determines policy at the Management Meeting. The subsidiary Home Center (Joyful AK)'s Kushiro store has obtained ZEB Ready certification and introduced solar power generation equipment. While no greenhouse gas reduction targets have been set, the company has established KPIs such as a female managerial ratio exceeding 10% (target for 2030) and a male childcare leave utilization rate of 100% (target for 2030); however, current figures remain at 2.4% and 20.0% respectively.
