Risk Management

The Company has established a Risk Management Committee, chaired by the Representative Director and President, which classifies risks into "Division-Managed Risks" and "Company-wide Managed Risks." Each division head, acting as risk officer, identifies, evaluates, and reports on risks on a quarterly basis, which are then integrated into ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) and overseen by the Board of Directors.

For FY2026 (ending March 2026), the company implemented a year-end dividend of ¥60 per share (an increase of ¥10 year-on-year, with a payout ratio of 21.3%). A dividend of ¥60 per share is also forecast for FY2027 (ending March 2027). Share buybacks remain limited in scale.

ESG

In April 2022, the Company positioned sustainability as a management policy and established six materialities, including "Realization of Sustainable Distribution," "Empowerment of Diverse Human Resources," and "Efforts Toward the Global Environment." Specific quantitative indicators and targets are currently under consideration and are scheduled to be set by March 2028. The CSR report was published on the Company's website in October 2025.
