Risk Management
Haruyama Holdings has established the "Haruyama Group Risk Management Regulations" and the "Crisis Management Manual," under which the Compliance & Risk Committee, which meets once a month, identifies, assesses, and responds to risks across the group, including sustainability risks. A framework has been put in place to establish a response headquarters, headed by the Representative Director and President, in the event of a major crisis. An internal whistleblowing system (helpline) has also been introduced.

The basic policy is to maintain and continue stable dividends. The year-end dividend for FY2026 (ending March 2026) is ¥15.50 per share (total dividends of ¥243 million, payout ratio of 22.3%). The same amount is planned for FY2027 (ending March 2027). Treasury shares of 330,500 shares (¥243 million) were acquired based on a resolution of the Extraordinary Board of Directors meeting held in November 2024.

In the previous period (FY2025, ended March 2025), the dividend was ¥20 per share (ordinary dividend of ¥15.50 plus a commemorative dividend of ¥4.50 for the company's 70th anniversary), but in the current period there is no commemorative dividend, only the ordinary dividend of ¥15.50. For FY2027 (ending March 2027), a dividend of ¥15.50 per share (total dividends of ¥243 million) is planned.
